How do I get started?

Start by creating an account on Shopapp. Have a good read on the Terms and our Privacy Policy. Once done, start shopping online from US stores like Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc. Please take note of the Prohibited Items.

Done shopping? Cool. Now, copy the URL of the item of choice then go back to Shopapp to request a quote. Fill up the required fields specially the item’s URL. Don’t forget to add its weight and some pointers on the notes. You will receive a confirmation email from our team within 1-3 business days.

Shopapp will require you to pay 50% of the quotation’s price as a downpayment via your preferred way of payment.

Now, sit back and relax. Our team will keep you updated while your item is en-route to and from our US warehouse. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days from a US store depending on their shipping policy while it takes 10-15 business days from our US warehouse to PH. Well, that depends on the Bureau of Customs and certain shipment obstacles. But, we will do our best to ship your items as fast as we can and we’ll notify you via email once the PH team has gotten hold of your precious item.

You will then be required to pay for the remaining 50%. Once settled, we will then deliver your item to your doorstep within 1-3 business days for NCR and an additional 2 days if outside the capital.

What are your payment methods?

We accept bank transfers from our users to our BDO, RCBC, BPI, or Metrobank accounts. Alternatively, you can pay us via credit card or Paypal. Bank details are indicated in the confirmation email.

How about tax?

Our warehouse is located in Delaware which is a sales tax free state.

The PH government, however, imposes tax on items above Php 10,000. We will inform you if you need to pay your duties.

Will you accept cryptocurrencies for payments?

Nope. We don’t want to HODL.

How will I be notified?

Our main communication line is email. However, we call you via your mobile number for urgent matters.

Do you accept item returns or refunds?

Yes, of course. However, all returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
